What you will do (freelance recruiter scope)
- Source candidates (LinkedIn, communities, job boards, referrals, your network)
- Run first outreach + initial screening
- Collect required answers in writing or via a quick call (we provide questions/template)
- If the candidate matches requirements β hand off to our team (CV + answers + short recruiter summary)
- We validate and submit to the client
- You stay in touch with the candidate and with us to move them through interview stages until offer/start
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT/Tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn + Boolean)
- Solid English (messaging + short screening calls)
- Comfortable working with complex profiles and international pipelines
- Reliable communication, fast follow-ups, clean reporting
Nice to have: Space/Defense/Embedded/SAR-related hiring experience; EU/Canada hiring exposure
Bonus & payment terms
- β¬1,000 β β¬2,000 β β¬3,000 per successful hire
- Payment split:
- 50% after candidateβs start date
- 50% after passing probation (3 months)
