Senior Deliverability / Messaging Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for a strong Middle+ / Senior-level specialist who will take full ownership of our user communication infrastructure across Tier-1 iGaming markets.

This is not a traditional CRM Marketing or Content Management role. We are searching for a Product Owner of communication channels — someone who understands the technical side of traffic delivery in high-risk verticals and can build a resilient, scalable messaging ecosystem capable of operating under aggressive spam filtering and telecom restrictions.

We are currently migrating to Smartico CRM and are looking for a candidate who can significantly improve Inbox Rate performance, diversify communication channels, and launch new technology-driven delivery solutions.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

1. Email Deliverability & Infrastructure

- Conduct full deliverability audits and perform deep technical analysis of spam placement issues across Tier-1 markets.

- Improve Inbox placement and optimize email performance across major providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.

- Integrate, configure, and manage external ESPs / SMTP providers within the Smartico ecosystem.

- Independently deploy and maintain backup email-sending infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted communication flows.

- Manage domain reputation, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC policies, domain warm-up strategies, rotation processes, and continuous monitoring through Postmaster Tools and reputation tracking systems.

- Develop scalable deliverability strategies for high-volume communication environments.

2. SMS & Alternative Messaging Channels

- Manage SMS routing through both global aggregators and local telecom vendors for Tier-1 GEOs to maximize DLR and delivery stability.

- Source, negotiate, and onboard local SMS providers where necessary.

- Build and scale WhatsApp and Telegram messaging infrastructure for trigger-based and bulk communication campaigns.

- Manage account pools, proxy infrastructure, and anti-ban strategies for messenger operations.

- Continuously test and optimize alternative messaging channels to improve reach and retention.

3. Integrations & Voice AI Solutions

- Integrate, test, and optimize AI Voice Automation solutions for player activation and reactivation flows.

- Research and evaluate emerging communication technologies, AI-driven retention tools, and new delivery providers.

- Work closely with CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to implement scalable communication solutions.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-risk verticals such as iGaming, Betting, Dating, or Crypto.

- Previous experience in roles such as Deliverability Expert, Email Infrastructure Engineer, Messaging Operations Manager, or Communications Product Owner.

- Strong understanding of Tier-1 deliverability challenges, including spam filters, ISP limitations, and telecom regulations.

- Deep technical understanding of:

- Email infrastructure and SMTP ecosystems

- SMS routing logic

- Modern messenger architecture

- Domain reputation management

- Basic system administration skills and infrastructure troubleshooting experience.

- Strong ownership mentality and product-oriented mindset.

- Ability to independently communicate and negotiate with international vendors and service providers.

- English level: B2+ (required for vendor communication and technical documentation).

- Hands-on experience with Smartico CRM.

- Existing network of trusted local SMS vendors across Tier-1 markets.

- Experience with automation, scripting, or API integrations.

- Understanding of proxy management and anti-detection infrastructure.
