We’re building a next-gen AI infrastructure platform focused on LLMs, intelligent matching, and scalable systems.

Looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help design and ship real-world AI systems across models, infrastructure, and production.

Work format: Preferred On-site / Open to Hybrid / Remote can be discussed potentially.

Bonus: Performance and delivery bonuses included.

What You’ll Work On
• Build and scale AI pipelines end-to-end
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered systems
• Work on inference optimization and performance
• Design RAG systems, agent workflows, and structured outputs
• Improve prompting, NLP, and data quality

Tech You’ll Likely Use
(You don’t need everything — depth in a few areas is what matters)
• Engineering proficiency (CI/CD, Version controls, Containers, APIs, Databases)
• Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch / Keras / TensorFlow)
• LLMs & GenAI tooling (RAG,  LangChain, Vectors)
• Function Calling & Structured Outputs

What We’re Looking For
• Experience building LLM or ML systems in production
• Strong understanding of modern AI / transformer-based models
• Comfortable working across model + system + product layers
• Bias toward shipping and solving real problems

Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Semantic / Linguistic experience
• NER, NLP, Classification, Extraction, or Structured Data systems
• MLOps & Inference ( CUDA / vLLM / Ollama / Triton / DeepSpeed / FSDP)
• Fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, etc.) or Dataset / Curriculum curration
• Advanced degree (PhD)
