Senior Backend / AI Systems Engineer (AI-Assisted Development)

We are building an AI-native SaaS platform involving:

• reporting systems,
• scoring engines,
• AI visibility analysis,
• and modular backend architecture.

We are looking for a highly capable senior engineer who can:

• translate detailed specs into production-ready systems,
• work effectively with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GPT, etc.),
• establish strong testing and engineering practices,
• and help stabilize and scale the platform architecture.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience
• Python / FastAPI
• PostgreSQL
• Docker
• GitHub workflows
• CI/CD and testing experience
• Comfortable working with evolving product specifications
• Strong systems thinking and debugging ability
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows

Nice To Have

• AI/LLM infrastructure
• platform architecture
• observability/testing systems
• multi-module SaaS systems

• junior developers,
• ticket executors,
• or generic AI automation freelancers.

We are looking for someone with strong ownership, operational discipline, and architecture thinking.
