Delivery Manager. New Projects. Affiliate, Performance Marketing
We’re hiring a Delivery Manager to lead high-impact revenue and growth initiatives from concept to launch. This is a founder-facing role focused on turning ambitious ideas into execution across newsletters, affiliate/performance marketing, SaaS, and tech products.
You’ll own projects end-to-end: defining scope, building plans, coordinating teams, driving delivery, and improving systems as you go. We’re looking for someone highly autonomous who can move fast, solve problems independently, and use AI and automation to increase execution speed and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Own new initiatives from brief to launch and iteration
- Translate founder ideas into clear execution plans
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources
- Manage timelines, priorities, risks, and delivery quality
- Build operational frameworks, SOPs, and reporting systems
- Use AI, automation, and no-code tools to improve execution
Run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years in delivery, program, or project management
- Proven track record delivering complex growth/revenue projects
- Experience working directly with founders or senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation in daily work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent English (C1+)
Nice to Have
- Experience in newsletters, media, affiliate, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with Make, Zapier, no-code, or automation workflows
- Technical fluency working with product or engineering teams
Experience building delivery functions or processes from scratch
Who Fits This Role
You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and take full ownership. You know how to turn strategy into execution, keep teams aligned, and deliver results without constant direction. You’re structured, proactive, tool-savvy, and comfortable operating close to founders in a high-performance environment.
