What you’ll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates and traffic sources
• Monitor affiliate performance and traffic quality, analyze campaign metrics
• Support partners in launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns
• Handle partner requests and resolve operational issues promptly
• Negotiate campaign terms and partnership conditions with affiliates
• Identify opportunities for traffic growth and partnership development
• Represent the company at affiliate marketing conferences and industry events ✈️

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of commercial experience in affiliate or partner acquisition or business development
• Proven experience in sourcing, outreach, and onboarding new affiliate partners (hunting mindset)
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, EPC, ROI) and ability to optimize campaigns based on data
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills 💡
• Self-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously
• English — Strong Intermediate level or higher

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the Nutra vertical
• Participation in affiliate or digital marketing conferences
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
• Understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, TikTok, Native, etc.) 📊
• Experience working with CPA networks
