What you'll do:

• Source candidates for tech and non-tech roles via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Write outreach messages that actually get replies
• Qualify candidates through brief intro conversations
• Keep the ATS and sourcing trackers up to date
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to hand off vetted candidates
   

About you:

• No experience required — we'll teach you what you need
• You're curious about people and genuinely enjoy finding the right ones
• Strong written communication — your outreach doesn't sound like a template
• Organized and consistent — pipelines don't build themselves
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, or willing to learn fast
