Talent Sourcer (Trainee)

Altum is a Ukrainian software and website development company building products for startups and digital agencies across the US and Western Europe. 
 

What you'll do:

• Focus on candidate sourcing and talent pipeline building across multiple roles
• Search for candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
• Identify and attract strong talent for technical and non-technical positions
• Conduct initial outreach and maintain communication with candidates
• Build and maintain organized candidate databases and pipelines
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate flow
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and explore new channels
   

About you:

• Sourcing or recruiting experience 
• Comfortable running searches independently with minimal guidance
• Strong written communication and outreach skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Interested in tech hiring and talent market trends
