Lead Generation Specialist
About the role
We’re looking for a strong communicator to join our outreach team and work directly with candidates across international tech markets.
This role is not about sourcing or searching for leads.
They are already identified by our team.
Your responsibility will be writing communication:
Starting conversations, building trust, handling objections, maintaining engagement, and turning cold outreach into real candidate interest.
We’re especially interested in people who know how to:
- Communicate naturally and confidently
- Keep conversations moving
- Work with objections and hesitation
- Understand human psychology in communication
- Turn “not interested” into meaningful dialogue
You’ll probably feel comfortable in this role if:
- Your level of written English is upper-intermediate+
- Written communication is one of your strong sides
- You’re good at managing multiple conversations without losing quality
- ATS/CRM tools don’t scare you
- Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
