Senior Brand / Positioning Strategist (Marketing Agency, B2B)
Position: Brand & Positioning Strategist for Digital Marketing Agency
Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine)
Format: full-time or project-based (long-term collaboration)
Flexible schedule. Core communication window: 13:00/14:00 β 22:00/00:00 (Kyiv time)
The engagement is structured as:
- 3β4 months of intensive full-time collaboration during the core rebuild phase
- followed by a long-term fractional/advisory role
About the role
We are looking for a senior-level Brand & Positioning Strategist who can rebuild and strengthen how our agency is perceived in the US market. This role is focused on strategy and system design.
Execution and content production are handled separately.

K&K Media is a performance marketing agency working with US e-commerce, DTC, lead generation and mobile app brands.
We run Meta, Google, TikTok and Amazon Ads, plus SEO, CRO and creative strategy, on a performance-based model.
We have completed 500+ projects and currently serve 17+ active clients.
Our strongest case: we helped an e-commerce client scale from $20M to $100M+ in revenue in 18 months across paid media

π―What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Positioning & Messaging Architecture
- Defining our positioning in the US market
- Clarifying differentiation versus other performance agencies
- Building messaging hierarchy and narrative structure
- Articulating a compelling value proposition
- Creating a consistent positioning framework across website, founders and sales assets
2. Brand & Conversion Assets
- Leading strategic website messaging and structure
- Rebuilding case studies and social proof assets
- Supporting founder personal brand positioning
- Improving authority and conversion across public-facing channels
3. Market Presence & Authority Systems
- Aligning LinkedIn, Clutch and social presence with the new positioning
- Supporting business development through stronger market perception
- Creating strategic direction for content and communication
π―Requirements
We are looking for someone with proven experience in:
- US B2B market (Tier-1)
- Agencies, consulting and/or B2B SaaS
- Brand positioning and messaging strategy
- Building authority-driven brands for revenue-focused companies
- Strategic website and conversion messaging
- English C1+ (near-native fluency)

- 5β7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio with positioning/writing examples Nice to Have
- Experience with performance marketing agencies
- Familiarity with DTC/e-commerce brands
- Experience with growth-stage or 7β8 figure companies
- Experience optimizing Clutch or similar platforms

π Ready to work with a cross-cultural team β primarily Ukraine / Europe / Armenia / Georgia (English/Russian-speaking internal communication)
