Hi! We are a small team managing several brands. We specialize in building a creatine brand and developing vitamins and dietary supplements.We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn performance data into insights, insights into hypotheses, and hypotheses into scalable creative concepts that reduce CAC and drive revenue growth.

This role owns creative performance at the concept level: what we test, why we test it, and how winning ideas can be scaled across Meta and TikTok.


Our team speaks Russian, so all internal communication is in Russian. The selection process and interviews will also be conducted in Russian.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Performance

  • Develop creative strategies for Meta and TikTok.
  • Own creative concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging.
  • Connect creative strategy with business goals, CAC, funnel stage, and growth priorities.
  • Track and interpret key metrics: CAC, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Rate, CPA, fatigue, and scalability.
  • Decide which concepts should be scaled, iterated, or killed.


Insights & Testing

  • Translate media buying data into clear creative direction.
  • Identify why creatives work or fail.
  • Build and manage a creative testing roadmap.
  • Define hypotheses, expected outcomes, and success criteria for weekly tests.
  • Turn weekly learnings into future test ideas.


Concepts & Messaging

  • Build scalable concepts, not one-off videos.
  • Create angles based on customer pains, objections, motivations, beliefs, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate product features and scientific claims into clear direct-response messaging.
  • Define hook logic, emotional triggers, proof points, and narrative structure.


Production & Collaboration

  • Create production briefs with objectives, hypotheses, hooks, messaging, visual direction, and do’s / don’ts.
  • Guide UGC and content production from a strategic perspective.
  • Collaborate with media buyers on test design, variable isolation, and scale / iterate / kill rules.
  • Share insights with Media Buying, eCom / CRO, Retention, CX, and Product teams.
  • Maintain creative documentation: insight logs, hypothesis backlog, concept library, and test archive.


What This Role Is Not

This role does not include:

  • Editing videos.
  • Launching campaigns.
  • Managing media budgets.
  • Judging creatives only by aesthetics.
  • Chasing trends without a clear hypothesis.

 

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has experience in performance creative strategy for Meta and TikTok, understands direct-response marketing, can interpret paid social data, and knows how to turn customer insights into scalable concepts, briefs, tests, and iterations.
