Paid Ads Specialist(Google Ads/Linkedin Ads)

AVELaunch Books is a team that creates non-fiction books end-to-end for entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and thought leaders. We help experts turn their knowledge and experience into a structured, meaningful book - a tool for influence, trust, and business growth. We work deeply with each client: preserving their unique voice, building a strong narrative, and delivering a product that establishes authority in their field.

 

Now we are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist(Google Ads/Linkedin Ads) to help us manage paid advertising, mainly in Google Ads, work with analytics, test hypotheses, and improve lead generation.

 

What you'll do:

  • Run Google Ads (Search + Performance Max) end-to-end: keywords, ad copy, remarketing, daily optimization
  • Launch and optimize LinkedIn Ads: audiences, formats, creatives, testing
  • Work with CPA / CPL / ROAS - make decisions based on data, not assumptions
  • Generate hypotheses, run tests, document conclusions
  • Read the funnel from click to sale, prepare reports with clear takeaways
  • Brief designers and video editors on creatives, manage video production workflow for lead generation

 

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ months in paid advertising + 2+ years of overall work experience (any field)
  • Google Ads - hands-on experience required (Search + Performance Max)
  • LinkedIn Ads - preferred; Meta / Instagram Ads experience also considered
  • Independent, analytical, no micromanagement needed
  • Ukrainian - fluent, English - B1+

 

Nice to have:

  • B2C experience with long sales cycles and high-ticket products
  • Experience with content funnels and warm-up sequences
  • Experience managing video production for advertising goals
  • Experience working with contractors (design, video editing)

 

Tools:

  • Required: Google Ads, Google Analytics / GA4, Google Workspace, Google Sheets
  • Preferred: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ClickUp / Notion, Canva / Figma, Looker Studio

 

Conditions:

  • Fully remote, full-time, flexible Mon–Fri schedule
  • Salary: fixed part + KPI bonuses (discussed at interview)
  • Probation period: 3 months
  • 21 days PTO + birthday day off + sick leave
