VIP SMM Content and Community Producer (RU + EN)

The VIP direction is not just another communication channel — it directly impacts retention and loyalty of the most valuable audience segment.

You will be responsible for the Telegram channel, streams, gaming activities, and the development of the English-speaking direction. This role offers a high level of autonomy, direct product influence, and measurable business impact.

🚀 Responsibilities

Channel Production

• Full-cycle content creation: from idea to execution
• Development of concepts and scripts for activities and live streams
• Assigning tasks to the creative team
• Maintaining final content quality control
• Coordinating internal processes (design, production, analytics)

Streaming Direction

• Developing stream structures and scenarios
• Creating activations and engagement mechanics during live broadcasts
• Maintaining a consistent streaming schedule
• Analyzing stream performance as an engagement tool

Communication Strategy

• Adapting content for the English-speaking audience
• Maintaining different Tone of Voice approaches for RU and EN segments

Specific Requirements

• Strong English skills (content writing and ToV adaptation)
• Experience with streaming formats or understanding of live engagement mechanics

This position requires a high level of autonomy.
We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the direction, not just handle day-to-day content operations.

👤 What We Expect From You

• 1–3+ years of experience in SMM
• Experience managing Telegram channels for media personalities or bloggers
• Strong knowledge of all Telegram tools, features, and platform trends
• Ability to adapt to a specific Tone of Voice and write engaging, original copy (without using ChatGPT)
• Strong skills in finding accurate references and working with AI tools/neural networks
• Experience with graphic editors such as Adobe Photoshop and Figma
• Ability to go beyond “good enough,” solve problems creatively, quickly adapt to audience reactions, and come up with alternative solutions
• Creativity is more important than formal technical skills
• High internal motivation and genuine enthusiasm
• Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas daily
• Strong understanding of audience psychology and emotional content creation
• Experience in iGaming or related industries is preferred, but if you don’t have it, willingness to dive into the niche is essential — we’ll help you learn
• Experience managing Telegram channels for media personalities or bloggers
• Understanding of iGaming mechanics and tournament formats
• Ability to make independent decisions without constant supervision
