We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Provider Manager to join our growing team and take our partner relations to the next level.
Role Overview
In this role, your primary focus will be driving business growth and improving key metrics through strategic communication and marketing initiatives with game providers, rather than technical product modifications. You will be the face of the company for our partners, negotiating exclusive deals and maximizing content visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Maintain, strengthen, and develop long-term strategic relationships with game providers and content partners.
- Commercial & Promo Operations: Plan, negotiate, and launch joint marketing activities, promo campaigns, tournaments, bonuses, and exclusive placements.
- Content Optimization: Manage casino content visibility on our platforms, optimizing game positioning, featured categories, and overall game visibility.
- Process Control: Monitor, verify, and streamline workflows and operations on the provider/aggregator side.
- Market & Data Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze operator performance, and work with big data to identify new trends, growth points, and strategic opportunities.
- Integration Coordination: Manage the process of connecting new gaming solutions and content providers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Process requests from internal teams, coordinate contracts, and closely interact with the Finance Department to provide necessary financial data.
What We Expect from You:
- iGaming Experience: At least 2 years of solid experience within the iGaming industry, specifically handling provider relations, bonuses, tournaments, and promotional activities.
- Negotiation & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust, push forward corporate initiatives, and close favorable deals.
- Business-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to improve KPIs and product performance through effective interaction with partners rather than relying on technical implementation.
- B2B Experience: Solid background working with B2B clients and software/SaaS companies.
- Data & Contracts Savvy: Attention to detail, willingness to work with big data, and hands-on experience handling business contracts.
- Language Proficiency: English level from Upper-Intermediate (both written and spoken) is a strict requirement.
Will be a Plus:
- An established network and experience in direct communication with a large volume of iGaming providers.
- Deep knowledge of the casino content provider market.
- Practical understanding of technical integration processes.
- High level of proactivity in conceptualizing and launching new promo mechanics.
