Financial Controller

We are Performa HR Agency, and we are currently looking for a strong professional for one of our partners.

At the moment, we are seeking a Financial Controller for an international law firm specializing in legal and consulting services for businesses operating in highly regulated industries.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain a management accounting system that consolidates data from multiple payment channels, entities, and currencies.
• Set up and manage QuickBooks Online as the central financial reporting system.
• Work closely with the CTO to automate financial processes and reporting.
• Establish month-end closing procedures and financial controls.
• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
• Monitor and reconcile payment flows across multiple PSPs and crypto transactions.
• Verify complex commission structures between business units.
• Identify financial discrepancies and proactively suggest improvements.

• Recommend modern financial tools and automation solutions.

   

Requirements

Must have

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (or a similar cloud accounting system).
• Experience building or significantly improving management reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with multi-channel payment flows and commission structures.
• Understanding of financial automation and modern finance tools.
• Experience reconciling crypto or international payment transactions is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and build financial processes from scratch.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

   

Nice to have

• Experience with international companies or multi-currency businesses.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, FinTech, or subscription-based businesses.
• Experience working alongside technical teams on API integrations or workflow automation.
• English sufficient for reading financial documentation and basic written communication.

• Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
