The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, organized, and fast-moving Junior Executive Analyst to support leadership across research, operations, strategy, reporting, and execution.

 

This is not a traditional “assistant” or entry-level analyst role.

You will work directly with leadership to turn information into decisions, structure complex business problems, prepare executive materials, track priorities, analyze data, research markets and competitors, and support the execution of high-priority initiatives across the company.

 

The ideal candidate is both:

  • and a fast executor who can use AI tools to research, summarize, organize, and deliver high-quality work quickly.

 

You should be comfortable working with incomplete information, asking sharp questions, finding patterns, preparing clear summaries, and helping leadership move faster.

 

The Team

You’ll be working alongside people with backgrounds at PwC, McKinsey & Company, EY, SoftServe, Apple, Uber, Baykar

 

We operate at startup pace — decisions get made fast, priorities shift when they need to, and everyone keeps up. Expect a mix of async work and live Zoom calls within the same day, screen sharing, real-time problem solving, and direct work with leadership. We’re transparent about using a time tracker — if you’re confident in your output, it won’t be an issue.

 

Responsibilities

Executive Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market, competitor, industry, company, and media research
  • Analyze business problems and prepare structured findings
  • Summarize complex information into clear executive briefs
  • Track relevant trends in AI, media, PR, technology, startups, and business
  • Research companies, executives, investors, clients, partners, and competitors
  • Prepare decision-ready notes, summaries, and recommendations

 

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support leadership in planning, prioritization, and execution
  • Help translate business goals into clear action plans
  • Track key initiatives, deadlines, owners, and next steps
  • Prepare materials for internal meetings, strategy discussions, and external calls
  • Identify operational gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities
  • Support cross-functional projects across content, product, sales, media, and operations

 

Reporting & Documentation

  • Create executive summaries, reports, dashboards, trackers, and internal documents
  • Maintain structured documentation in Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, or similar tools
  • Organize meeting notes, decisions, follow-ups, and action items
  • Build clear systems for tracking progress, priorities, and accountability
  • Prepare briefing documents before calls, interviews, launches, and strategic discussions

 

AI-Assisted Workflows

  • Use AI tools for research, summarization, data analysis, document preparation, and workflow automation
  • Create and refine prompts to speed up executive research and analysis
  • Use AI to structure information, compare options, extract insights, and prepare polished outputs
  • Help improve internal workflows using AI-assisted systems and automation
  • Stay updated on AI tools that can improve productivity, research, reporting, and execution

 

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates, clarify priorities, and track execution
  • Communicate clearly with leadership and team members
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Turn vague instructions into structured next steps
  • Maintain clarity, speed, and accountability across fast-moving projects

 

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written communication and summarization ability
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to research quickly and structure information clearly
  • Comfortable working directly with executives or senior managers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and ability to use them daily
  • Ability to work independently, ask smart questions, and execute fast
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and startup speed

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with business analysis, executive support, operations, research, consulting, or strategy
  • Familiarity with Notion, Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, or project management tools
  • Experience preparing reports, briefs, research documents, or executive summaries
  • Understanding of AI, media, PR, startups, technology, or business operations
  • Experience with workflow automation or AI-assisted productivity systems
  • Ability to work with data, KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking
