We do not build abstract AI demos or simple wrappers around ChatGPT.

Our goal is to create AI systems that automate real workflows in operations, analytics, support, and management.

We are looking for a hands-on CTO / Head of Engineering who still enjoys:

This is not a pure management role.

💰 Compensation

• $8,000–10,000/month

• Equity/options package tied to milestones and contribution

   

💡 About the Role

You will help turn Workeron.ai into a scalable AI agent platform and product factory.

Your responsibilities will combine:

• technical leadership
• architecture
• hands-on engineering

You will work closely with:

• Product team

• Engineering team

   

🛠 What You’ll Do

Architecture & Platform Development

• Design architecture for AI agent systems and platform infrastructure
• Define standards for code quality, deployment, monitoring, and reliability
• Select and evaluate:
  • LLM providers
  • vector databases
  • orchestration tools
  • observability stack

  • infrastructure components

     

Hands-on Engineering

• Write code together with the engineering team
• Build AI agents and MVP systems
• Rapidly iterate based on testing and customer feedback

• Improve scalability and system reliability

   

Product & AI Systems

• Work with founders to transform product hypotheses into technical solutions
• Contribute to technical product strategy

• Balance experimentation speed with production quality

   

Team & Processes

• Hire and lead a small engineering team
• Build engineering workflows and development processes
• Set up CI/CD and scalable development environments

• Support fast MVP and PoC delivery

   

📈 Expected Outcomes

First Month

• Deep understanding of product vision and hypotheses
• Delivery of multiple AI agent MVPs
• Technical groundwork for future scaling

First 3 Months

• Selection of the strongest product direction
• Scalable product architecture
• Stable deployments, monitoring, and production readiness

• Readiness for onboarding paying customers

   

✅ Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years as Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or CTO
• Strong backend or fullstack engineering background
• Experience building SaaS or AI products
• Hands-on experience with:
  • LLMs
  • AI agents
  • RAG systems
  • vector databases
  • orchestration systems
• Strong system architecture skills
• Ability to move fast and ship MVPs quickly
• Experience hiring or leading engineering teams
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• English — B1+ or higher

  Ukrainian - C2
