Accountant

Join MOJAM as an Accountant and take ownership of the full payroll cycle from processing compensation requests to maintaining contractor data and keeping everything audit-ready. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, operate in ITFin, and drive accuracy across payroll reports and documentation. 📍 What to Do

• Process requests related to benefits and compensation in accordance with internal company policies
• Communicate with contractors regarding payroll-related questions and clarifications
• Support the payroll process: collect and validate input data (benefits, adjustments, etc.) and maintain payroll data in the ITFin system
• Work with the ITFin system: handle data entry, updates, and control of payroll-related information
• Maintain and update contractor data in internal systems
• Ensure proper documentation flow and record-keeping
• Prepare and control payroll-related reports and data accuracy
• Support internal processes as needed

🦸 Your Superpowers

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1–2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting
• Good Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Intermediate+ English level
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

• Experience working with individual contractors and understanding of Ukrainian tax requirements
