GetFeels is an AI-driven mental wellness product helping people feel less lonely, more emotionally supported, and more connected to themselves.

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Designer / Creative Producer - a hybrid role at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and hands-on creative production.

This is not a typical “receive a brief → design a banner” position. We’re looking for someone who can combine research, creative thinking, production, and performance analysis while helping build an AI-first creative workflow.
 

What You’ll Do:

Creative Research & Strategy

  • Research competitors, creative trends, and winning advertising patterns across Tier-1 markets.
  • Analyze high-performing creatives across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid channels.
  • Develop and test creative concepts, hooks, and emotional triggers for different audiences and funnel stages.
  • Prepare clear creative briefs and production tasks.

Design & Creative Production

  • Create static and motion creatives for paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Produce assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat formats.
  • Work on both polished creatives and fast iterative production cycles.
  • Use AI tools for image/video generation, editing, voice, lip sync, ideation, and workflow acceleration.
  • Collaborate closely with the UA team to rapidly launch and iterate new creatives.

Testing, Optimization & AI Workflows

  • Analyze creative performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, hook rate, and retention metrics.
  • Improve creatives through iterative testing and experimentation.
  • Identify scalable creative patterns and reduce creative fatigue.
  • Help improve internal AI-powered marketing workflows and automation systems.
  • Explore new AI tools and AI-assisted approaches to accelerate creative production.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in motion design, performance creative, or creative production.
  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Ability to independently turn marketing hypotheses into production-ready creatives.
  • Good understanding of performance marketing principles.
  • Interest in AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Ability to quickly switch between research, ideation, production, and analysis.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating generative AI tools into production pipelines.
  • Experience working on AI products, mental wellness, or companion apps.
  • Basic understanding of automation workflows and AI agents.
