HR Manager (Tbilisi, Georgia)
We are looking for an HR Manager who is excited to grow in HR and take ownership of both operational processes and employee experience.
In this role, you will combine hands-on HR operations with people-focused responsibilities. You will support employees throughout their journey, coordinate onboarding and adaptation processes, partner closely with managers, and help ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the company.
The role is fully remote, but we are looking for someone who is currently based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles
- Understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle stages
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Hurma, PeopleForce, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance operational tasks with people-facing responsibilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-onboarding processes: prepare new hires for their first day, coordinate access requests, documentation signing, communication with employees, the L&D Manager, and stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and employee adaptation processes, including onboarding meetings and regular adaptation 1:1s
- Support managers during probation periods and collect employee feedback
- Ensure employee records and HR systems remain accurate and up to date
- Track HR processes including probation timelines, benefits, compensation requests, and employee status changes
- Coordinate internal competitions, employee transfers, and crossboarding processes
- Coordinate internal HR communications, announcements, and engagement activities
- Support employee experience initiatives, organize local team events in Tbilisi, and contribute to internal culture projects
- Coordinate offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews
- Manage vendors, merch, and internal HR logistics
- Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements to HR workflows and employee experience
- Partner with managers and employees to support a positive and healthy team environment
