Affiliate Manager (sweepstake)

Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing team, is looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive partner growth for sweepstake projects. The role focuses on building and managing a network of affiliates, scaling campaigns, and optimizing performance, primarily in Tier 1 markets with a strong focus on the USA. Candidates must have prior experience working with online casino or iGaming affiliates, understanding casino traffic sources, offers, and compliance requirements.
 

Responsibilities

• Recruit new affiliates and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate deals and commission structures that maximize ROI and partner satisfaction
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize affiliate activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns and achieve business objectives
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in sweepstake verticals
• Proven experience working with USA GEO and Tier 1 markets
• Fluent English for communication with partners and team
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing processes, tracking, and reporting
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
