AI Video Specialist / AI Creator

Parsec Studio is a full-cycle video production company with an impressive portfolio of well-known global brands. We create high-quality video content for clients across SaaS, tech, product, and commercial industries.
 

We are now looking for an AI Video Specialist / AI Creator to join our team and help us develop creative, visually strong, and production-ready videos using modern AI tools.

In this role, you will transform client ideas, scripts, and creative concepts into engaging visual stories using AI video generation, AI image tools, editing, and motion design workflows.
 

Essential Skills:

— Strong experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Pika, Luma, or similar platforms.

— Ability to create high-quality AI-generated visuals, maintain character and style consistency, and improve outputs through strong prompting and iteration.

— Understanding of cinematic composition, camera movement, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling.

— Experience with editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

— Ability to clean up, enhance, and combine AI-generated shots into polished video sequences.

— Skills in AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT / Sora, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms will be a big plus.

— Basic motion design, compositing, or 3D skills in After Effects, Blender, Unreal Engine, or Cinema 4D will also be a strong advantage.
 

Responsibilities:

— Generate AI video shots based on scripts, storyboards, and creative references.

— Develop prompts, test different visual directions, and refine generations until the result matches the project goals.

— Work with the production team to create consistent characters, environments, products, and visual styles.

— Edit AI-generated materials into clear and engaging video sequences.

— Help improve our internal AI production pipeline and test new tools and workflows.
