Head of Retention (iGaming)
We are looking for a strong Head of Retention for an iGaming startup project.
The company is searching for someone who can build and scale the retention direction, impact LTV and player retention, and grow processes together with the product.
What is important:
• iGaming experience is required
• Strong understanding of retention mechanics, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and player behavior
• Experience with retention, reactivation, and LTV growth
• Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment and independently drive the direction
• English — B1+
• 30+ will be a plus
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and scale the retention strategy
• Analyze player behavior and identify growth opportunities
• Work with segmentation, bonus systems, CRM campaigns, and user reactivation
• Optimize key retention metrics
• Collaborate closely with CRM, product, and marketing teams
• Build processes and further develop the retention function within the company
