🧩 Role overview
We are looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships Manager to find and grow partners who will promote our platform and send us high‑quality traffic from many channels (influencers, media buyers, email lists, websites, and other traffic sources). These partners will help bring more investors, agents, and cash buyers to our platform so they sign up, stay active, and succeed together with us.

🧩 Requirements:
 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance
marketing.
 Deep understanding of performance-based compensation models (CPA, CPL, revenue
share).
 Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, various tracking platforms, and
attribution systems.
 A strong track record of successfully recruiting and scaling affiliate partners that deliver
measurable revenue growth.
 Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-
driven optimization decisions.
 Fluent English required for daily reporting and partner relationship management.
 High ownership mindset, demonstrating the ability to independently build and optimize
processes in a dynamic environment.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage and improve our network of affiliate partners to expand demand channels and significantly increase marketplace transactions.
  • Own the full affiliate lifecycle: sourcing, prospecting, closing, onboarding, supporting, and nurturing long-term, performance-based partnerships (CPA, CPL, revenue share).
  • Develop and execute a robust strategy to build and grow a diverse affiliate pipeline across content, paid media, influencers, email databases, adjacent companies, and coaching businesses with overlapping audiences.
  • Seamlessly onboard new affiliates by providing tracking links, compelling creatives, product education, and ongoing guidance for performance optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance daily, improving traffic quality, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Continuously identify, recruit, and test new high-potential affiliate segments aligned with our marketplace model and growth objectives.
  • Launch engaging campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to increase affiliate engagement and drive incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine affiliate funnels, optimize landing pages, and ensure precise tracking accuracy.
  • Analyze key affiliate metrics (volume, quality, revenue, retention) and scale top-performing partners while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

  • Experience in a startup or fast-scaling tech company, ideally in marketplace, SaaS, or other performance-driven digital businesses.
  • An existing affiliate network within real estate, home services, or lead generation verticals.
  • Familiarity with leading affiliate tracking tools (for example, Impact, Partnerize, Everflow, HasOffers) and similar platforms.
