QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to own and improve the quality assurance process for the Colombia market. In this role, you will be responsible for testing critical user flows, identifying issues affecting player experience, and ensuring the stability of key product areas including casino, sportsbook, payments, bonuses, registration, and communications.
You will work closely with Product, Tech, Payments, CRM, and Support teams to detect, report, and help resolve issues that directly impact conversion, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular testing of core user flows across casino and sportsbook products
- Validate registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, betting flows, and game functionality
- Conduct regression testing after releases, payment updates, domain changes, or product modifications
- Monitor website performance, loading speed, and platform stability across devices and browsers
- Test SMS and email deliverability with local Colombian providers and email services
- Investigate and reproduce issues reported by customer support
- Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots/videos, business impact, and priority levels
- Escalate critical issues affecting revenue, conversion, payments, or user access
- Perform competitor analysis and provide insights on UX, onboarding, payments, bonuses, and localization
- Maintain QA documentation including checklists, test cases, reporting templates, and testing instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and verify fixes after implementation
- Provide recommendations to improve UX, conversion, and overall product stability
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in QA, preferably in iGaming, betting, or high-traffic digital products
- Strong understanding of casino, sportsbook, payments, and bonus mechanics
- Experience with manual testing of web and mobile platforms
- Ability to identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs
- Understanding of regression testing and user flow validation
- Experience working with different browsers, devices, and mobile networks
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize critical issues and work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Experience with the LATAM or Colombian market will be a plus
