About this role

You will be the CPO’s right hand; owning day-to-day operational execution so leadership can stay focused on product and strategy.

You’ll manage ClickUp, coordinate cross-functional and external teams (including our software development team), and step into a Product Owner role when the product pipeline demands it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Own and maintain the ClickUp workspace; task structure, sprint cycles, priorities, and team hygiene across all active workstreams
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery with the software development team and other external or internal teams; removing blockers and keeping delivery on track
• Translate CPO directives into clear, actionable tasks; breaking down initiatives into sprint-ready work items with acceptance criteria
• Act as Product Owner when needed; manage the backlog, run sprint planning, write user stories, and keep the team aligned to product goals
• Track and report on team velocity, milestone progress, and delivery risks; proactively flagging issues before they escalate
• Facilitate async communication between distributed teams across different time zones, cultures, and technical backgrounds
• Build and iterate on operational processes that support a fast-moving product organization

• Support the CPO with ad hoc operational and research tasks as the business scales

   

MUST HAVE

• ~2 years of experience in project management, operations, or coordination
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar tools (Jira, Asana, Linear)
• Working knowledge of Slack, GitHub (issues, PRs, repo navigation), and Google Workspace
• Strong written English B2 or higher - clear, concise, no fluff
• Comfortable working alongside software development teams
• Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive

• Available during CET, EET, or North America ET working hours

   

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with offshore or cross-cultural development teams (especially APAC)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum - user stories, sprint planning
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment

• Exposure to hardware + software product companies
