HR Generalist Offline

Hi there! We’re Onicore — a growing fintech company building user-friendly payment solutions for a global audience.
We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment, who is not afraid to take ownership of their decisions and ideas, and is able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
 
What you’ll do:

• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
• Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
• Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
• Develop and maintain talent management processes.
• Monitor employee morale and company culture.
• Identify future staffing needs.
• Maintain employee personnel records.
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
• Managing the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.

What we expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong focus on recruitment and understanding of the full hiring cycle.
- High level of independence and ownership.
- Strong communication skills and structured thinking.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Experience working in IT, product, and/or service companies.
