Video Editor Needed for Zoom Interview Content

We are looking for a video editor who can take long-form Zoom recordings and turn them into polished short-form content for YouTube and YouTube Shorts.

Typical source material ranges from 5 minutes to 1 hour. Final edited videos should usually be around 3 to 5 minutes and focused on the strongest and most engaging moments.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and highlight the best moments from the conversation
• Edit long-form Zoom recordings into engaging short-form videos
• Add supporting text overlays throughout the video (not captions/subtitles)
• Create an animated intro with logo reveal
• Create a title card introducing the video topic
• Add speaker name and title overlays
• Design visually engaging framing/background elements around the speaker
• Create a polished animated outro
• Add light background music
• Design a custom thumbnail image with the video title
• Export both horizontal and vertical versions

Deliverables:
• Horizontal format for YouTube
• Vertical format for YouTube Shorts

We are looking for someone with strong editing instincts, pacing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling ability, not just basic cuts.
