Marketing Analyst Trainee / Leadgen / SDR

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst Trainee. 
(yes, the name of the position in header is different, because the position is non-standard)

We are ready to welcome a marketing student, or a person with lack of experience, or entry-level specialist, as we will be glad to share our knowledges and materials in order to grow together. 
This position could be full-time or part-time (6h/day approximately), the job conditions could be discussed and adapted personally. 

So it will be good if you are: 
- know something (or keep studying) about Marketing
- has strong analytical mind (very important to use your brain instead of AI)
- has some knowledges in lead-generation
- meticulous and if you say - you do
- has good level of English (no need to speak, but should be veeery fluent in texting without ai and translatiors) 

it will be perfect(but not an obligation at all) if you are:
- familiar with Upwork
- familiar with Linkedin
- familiar with Gigradar

What's need to be done? 
Since many of our processes of lead generation are already automated, we need a person who will control and correct it's performance, also chat with new leads by leading them to 1st call. 
Also this position has growth opportunities to Sales Development Representative
