Job description - Senior HubSpot CMS Architect

Must have:

5+ years of CMS architecture experience, specifically with HubSpot, HubL (HubSpot Markup Language), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript.
Deep understanding of global privacy laws (GDPR), OneTrust cookie-consent configuration, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) trigger sequencing.
Database & CRM Logic: Experience managing HubDB dynamic content, multi-tagging APIs,
Troubleshooting: Every week there’s a new issue to debug in the web world so relevant web and technical expertise is crucial.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Systems Architecture (High Priority): Acting as the sole technical owner for the codebase, custom templates, and infrastructure to maintain our 99.9% uptime of the website.
2. Global Data Compliance: Debugging and implementing legal tracking/cookie updates across global sites (including DACH and EU regional routing) to prevent compliance liabilities.
3. Daily Marketing Enablement & Triage: Managing daily ad-hoc requests from Legal, IT, rGrowth, and Demand Gen teams. This includes server-side redirects, DNS/domain provisioning, third-party script deployment, and complex HTML/CSS code manipulations.
Content Platform Support: Assisting the broader team with HubSpot UX reviews, multiple site management, and custom module debugging.
