Customer Support Agent (iGaming)

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent for an iGaming project.

 

Responsibilities:
• Handle player requests via chat, email, and WhatsApp
• Assist users with deposits, withdrawals, KYC, and bonuses
• Escalate cases to Risk / VIP / Payments teams when needed
• Follow SLA standards and maintain high CSAT/NPS metrics
• Work in a shift-based 24/7 schedule
• Use Zendesk / Intercom / Freshdesk for ticket handling

 

Requirements:
• 6–12 months of support experience
• Spanish — B1
• English — B2
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Basic understanding of casino/iGaming processes
• Experience with helpdesk tools is a plus
