We are looking for a strong Performance Driver to join our VIP department and directly influence team energy, motivation, performance, and daily results.

This is not a classic Team Lead or Coach role.
 

Experience in Forex, Crypto, Fintech, iGaming, Retention, or other high-performance environments will be considered a strong advantage.

 

About the Role

As a Performance Driver, you will work closely with VIP teams and directly impact:

  • team motivation,
  • activity levels,
  • performance dynamics,
  • operational tempo,
  • daily efficiency and results.

Your main goal will be to create and maintain a strong high-performance environment while helping teams consistently reach and exceed targets.

 

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Drive and maintain high team energy and performance
  • Monitor team activity, KPIs, and daily efficiency
  • Create motivation systems, competitions, challenges, and fast bonus mechanics
  • Push team engagement and maintain operational tempo
  • Identify underperformance areas and react quickly
  • Work closely with Team Leads, VIP teams, Retention, and Marketing departments
  • Help improve productivity, discipline, and overall performance culture
  • Support onboarding and adaptation of new team members
  • Maintain a strong results-oriented environment

     

βœ… Requirements

  • Experience in Forex, Crypto, Fintech, iGaming, Retention, or other performance-driven industries
  • 3+ years of experience in sales / retention / VIP / performance-driven environments
  • Experience working with high-performance or target-oriented teams
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
  • Understanding of team dynamics, KPIs, and performance management
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
  • Strong energy, initiative, and ownership mindset
  • English at least at Intermediate level will be an advantage, but is not mandatory
  • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian communication skills
