We are looking for an HR Generalist who will help us scale the team, support employee experience, and build effective HR processes together with the business.

As the company is actively growing, this role combines both HR and full-cycle recruitment responsibilities. We are searching for a proactive and people-oriented specialist who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with hiring managers and teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding;
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers during the hiring process;
  • Conducting HR interviews and supporting candidates throughout all hiring stages;
  • Managing onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees;
  • Supporting employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives;
  • Conducting 1:1 meetings and collecting employee feedback;
  • Supporting performance review and other HR processes;
  • Working with HR documentation and HR systems;
  • Participating in employer brand and internal HR initiatives;
  • Building talent pipelines and improving candidate experience;
  • Assisting with HR process optimization as the company scales.

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment roles;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment;
  • Understanding of the full employee lifecycle;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment;
  • Experience with ATS/HRM systems;
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher will be a plus.

     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in IT / Digital / Product companies;
  • Experience building or improving HR/recruitment processes;
  • Understanding of HR metrics and analytics.
