We are looking for an experienced HR Director who will become a strategic partner for leadership and help us build a world-class, high-performance culture during the next stage of company growth.

Your Mission

Build scalable HR systems, attract top talent, strengthen company culture, and help EVIQO grow into a category-defining global hardware & technology brand.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute EVIQO’s HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all departments:
    • workforce planning
    • hiring strategy
    • vacancy creation
    • sourcing & headhunting
    • screening & interviewing
    • assessment process
    • offer management
    • onboarding & probation support
  • Build and optimize recruitment funnels and hiring metrics
  • Develop strong talent pipelines for technical, product, operations, and leadership roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership on hiring decisions
  • Build and optimize core HR processes: onboarding, performance management, retention, compensation & development
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction in international markets
  • Create and maintain a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
  • Lead and mentor the HR team
  • Drive employee engagement, feedback systems, and internal communications
  • Implement HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Support rapid team scaling across multiple functions and geographies

     

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles (HRD / Head of HR / People Partner)
  • Strong hands-on recruitment expertise with successful experience managing full-cycle hiring
  • Experience hiring for tech, product, operations, marketing, and leadership roles
  • Experience in fast-growing product, hardware, e-commerce, or tech companies
  • Proven experience building HR and recruitment processes in scaling environments
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate+ (B2/C1)

  • Experience working with international teams
  • Experience in Amazon/e-commerce driven businesses
  • Experience supporting product and engineering teams
  • Understanding of startup or scale-up environments
