We are currently hiring a Senior Data Scientist for a high-impact AI/ML product environment focused on digital identity, authentication, fraud prevention, and large-scale production ML systems.

 

The platform processes billions of events annually and serves enterprise customers across fintech, banking, healthcare, e-commerce, gaming, and payments domains.

You’ll work closely with ML Engineers and cross-functional teams on experimentation, model monitoring, statistical analysis, and production-grade machine learning systems that directly impact customer trust and business outcomes.

 

💻 Responsibilities:
• Develop, validate, and optimize ML/statistical models
• Design experiments and evaluate model performance
• Monitor deployed ML models for drift, reliability, and performance degradation
• Build dashboards and monitoring systems for model observability
• Collaborate with ML Engineers on deployment and production workflows
• Translate model insights into actionable business recommendations
• Work with raw data and optimize analytical workflows
• Communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders

 

✅ Requirements:
• 5+ years of commercial experience in Data Science / Applied ML
• Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn)
• Strong background in statistics and experimentation
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake
• Experience with production ML systems
• Experience with model monitoring, drift detection, retraining strategies
• AWS experience
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English

 

➕ Nice to have:
• PyTorch or TensorFlow
• AI observability / fraud detection / identity systems
• Looker or similar BI tools
• API & deployment workflow understanding
• Experience mentoring engineers/data scientists

 

🕒 Work format:
• Full-time

• PST overlap required (through 11 AM PST)
