Startup Community Manager

The Role

We're looking for an early-stage Community Manager to help build the first active communities on Delurk in Ukraine. You'll use Telegram to find and invite people to try our Delurk mobile app.

Compensation

Starting at $600/month, plus performance-based bonuses tied to engagement and retention.

About Delurk

Delurk is a mobile app for live voice conversations, facilitated by AI. The AI facilitator gives everyone a fair turn to speak, keeps the conversation on topic, and bans hateful and toxic speakers.

Delurk is built by a US-based startup founded by a team with Ukrainian roots. We’re launching in Ukraine first, because we want the first conversations on Delurk to happen here, with people we understand.

What You’ll Do

Community Discovery & Outreach:

* Find small online communities on Telegram that would enjoy live voice discussion

* Reach out to organizers, moderators, creators, and active participants

* Invite users into Delurk conversations

* Build relationships with early adopters and keep them coming back

* Manage the official Delurk Telegram channel

Conversation Seeding & Hosting:

* Start conversations inside Delurk

* Open conversations and keep them alive

* Ask thoughtful questions

* Keep conversations engaging and welcoming

User Engagement & Retention:

* Follow up with early users

* Encourage repeat participation

* Learn what topics create the best engagement

* Identify potential power users and community leaders

Within the first month:

* active conversations happening daily

* the strongest contributors may also be invited to relocate to Seattle, USA — home of Amazon, Microsoft and our headquarters — and join the core team full-time.
