What you need:

  • Initiative and strong internal motivation to develop;
  • Systematic thinking and sharp attention to detail;
  • Ability to find solutions in non-standard situations;
  • Strong communication skills โ€” with clients and team alike;
  • Practical experience with project management tools;
  • Prior experience in a PM or closely related role;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and verbal);
  • Clear grasp of PM essentials: planning, budgets, methodologies, team structure;
  • Technical understanding of project specifics โ€” a strong advantage;
  • A freelancer network โ€” a notable plus during selection.
     

What you'll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of 10โ€“12 active projects simultaneously โ€” websites, design, support, software;
  • Define goals, scope, and deliverables for each project in alignment with business and client objectives;
  • Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
  • Track progress, identify risks, and resolve them quickly;
  • Keep clients and team members up to date on all changes and statuses;
  • Hold regular status calls, deliver reports, and navigate challenges with clients;
  • Build a positive culture of collaboration within the team;
  • Maintain quality standards and PM methodologies throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Analyse completed projects and put improvements into practice.
