What you need:
- Initiative and strong internal motivation to develop;
- Systematic thinking and sharp attention to detail;
- Ability to find solutions in non-standard situations;
- Strong communication skills โ with clients and team alike;
- Practical experience with project management tools;
- Prior experience in a PM or closely related role;
- Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and verbal);
- Clear grasp of PM essentials: planning, budgets, methodologies, team structure;
- Technical understanding of project specifics โ a strong advantage;
- A freelancer network โ a notable plus during selection.
What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of 10โ12 active projects simultaneously โ websites, design, support, software;
- Define goals, scope, and deliverables for each project in alignment with business and client objectives;
- Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
- Track progress, identify risks, and resolve them quickly;
- Keep clients and team members up to date on all changes and statuses;
- Hold regular status calls, deliver reports, and navigate challenges with clients;
- Build a positive culture of collaboration within the team;
- Maintain quality standards and PM methodologies throughout the project lifecycle;
- Analyse completed projects and put improvements into practice.
