The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Manager / Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our remote team full-time.

This role combines business development, affiliate management, client communication, and operational coordination.

You’ll work directly with partners and internal departments to manage daily deal flow, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to grow account value.

 

What You’ll Do

Manage Client Relationships

  • Communicate with affiliate partners and clients daily
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and performance
  •  Handle negotiations, updates, and ongoing communication

Coordinate Business Operations

  • Manage incoming daily orders according to company capacity
  •  Coordinate with different internal departments
  • Ensure deals are routed efficiently based on business priorities

Grow & Upscale Deals

  • Identify opportunities to increase deal value
  • Understand client needs and match them with business strategy
  • Support revenue growth through smart communication and relationship management

Think Strategically

  • Understand how affiliate and digital marketing businesses operate
  • Balance partner expectations with company goals
  • Help improve workflows and communication processes internally

What You Bring

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Understanding of digital marketing and/or affiliate marketing
  •  Business development or sales-oriented mindset
  •  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
  • Confidence working with different teams and international clients
  • Remote work discipline and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or partnerships
  • Experience in performance marketing companies or agencies
  • Understanding of traffic sources, offers, or online marketing funnels
