BDC Sales Support
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly responsive Remote Sales Support Representative to support dealership sales activity through lead management, customer communication, appointment setting, and daily CRM follow-up.
This role is focused on maintaining consistent lead activity, ensuring fast response times, and supporting the sales team by keeping customer communication organised and active throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment aligned with U.S. dealership hours.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management and Follow-Up
- Maintain continuous follow-up with active and inactive leads.
- Re-engage cold leads and maintain customer communication pipelines.
- Ensure all leads receive timely responses and proper follow-up.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Confirm customer appointments and maintain communication prior to visits.
- Coordinate customer handoff to sales representatives.
CRM Management
- Update CRM records accurately and consistently.
- Maintain detailed notes on customer communication and activity.
- Track follow-up schedules and customer status updates.
- Monitor lead activity to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Sales Team Support
- Assist sales representatives with customer communication and follow-up coordination.
- Support onboarding processes for new sales representatives where required.
- Help maintain accountability and communication flow within the sales team.
Customer Communication
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM systems.
- Answer basic customer questions regarding vehicles and dealership processes.
- Maintain professional and customer-focused communication at all times.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of follow-up communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working during U.S. operational hours.
- Experience in BDC, customer support, sales support, or call center environments preferred.

Working Hours

Expected schedule:
- Full-time coverage during U.S. operational hours (8:30 AM โ 16:30 PM EST)
