Head of Retention
We are seeking a high-impact Head of Retention to build our Retention department from the ground up at a fast-growing, ambitious iGaming startup. If you have deep Tier-1 market expertise, a passion for data-driven growth, and the drive to scale a proprietary CRM system, we want you on our team.
🌐 Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and launch the Retention Department within the company, establishing its structure, processes, and strategic framework.
- Plan, execute, and control the internal marketing budget.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end initiatives to maximize user retention and reactivation across multiple GEOs.
- Control and manage bonus emission and promotional activities.
- Lead campaigns across Email, SMS, In‑App, Web‑Push, and other channels.
- Create personalized journeys, conduct A/B testing, and translate insights into revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns and automated lifecycles to improve retention metrics.
- Identify and implement new levers and methodologies to enhance player engagement and loyalty.
📊 Required Experience:
• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets is a must.
• 2+ years in the iGaming industry, with at least 1 year in a Head of Retention or lead role.
• Proven ability to build business reports (funnels, segments, communication chains) and make data-backed decisions.
• Experience in team building, hiring, and implementing effective performance-based motivation systems.
• A multitasking powerhouse who thrives on managing complex data in a fast-paced environment.
