Head of Retention
We are seeking a high-impact Head of Retention to build our Retention department from the ground up at a fast-growing, ambitious iGaming startup. If you have deep Tier-1 market expertise, a passion for data-driven growth, and the drive to scale a proprietary CRM system, we want you on our team.
π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build from Scratch: Architect and launch the Retention department on our powerful, proprietary CRM platform.
β’ Strategy & Reactivation: Develop and execute end-to-end strategies to maximize user retention and reactivation across multiple GEOs.
β’ Omnichannel Mastery: Lead communication across Email, SMS, In-App, Web-Push, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
β’ Data-Driven Growth: Segment audiences to deliver personalized journeys, run rigorous A/B tests, and turn insights into revenue.
β’ Performance Analysis: Plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns and automated lifecycles to consistently optimize retention metrics.
β’ Innovation: Proactively identify growth levers and new player retention methodologies.
π Required Experience:
β’ Hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets is a must.
β’ 2+ years in the iGaming industry, with at least 1 year in a Head of Retention or lead role.
β’ Proven ability to build business reports (funnels, segments, communication chains) and make data-backed decisions.
β’ Experience in team building, hiring, and implementing effective performance-based motivation systems.
β’ A multitasking powerhouse who thrives on managing complex data in a fast-paced environment.
