🎯 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Health & Compliance Manager to take full ownership of Amazon compliance operations and account health.

This is not a PPC or general marketplace role. The focus is strictly on:

• Amazon Account Health & compliance monitoring
• Appeals, POAs, reinstatements, and escalations
• Supplements category compliance
• Documentation and regulatory coordination
• Cross-functional process ownership
• Compliance-driven listing management

You will play a key role in protecting and scaling a highly regulated Amazon business.
 

📌 Key Responsibilities

📊 Amazon Account Health & Compliance

• Daily monitoring of Account Health Dashboard
• Managing policy violations, ASIN suppressions, and account issues
• Writing and submitting appeals (POA) and handling Amazon communication
• Leading reinstatement and escalation processes

📁 Documentation & Regulatory Control

• Managing COAs, cGMP, lab reports, SDS/MSDS, FDA-related documentation
• Ensuring label accuracy and compliance alignment
• Coordinating with suppliers and regulatory partners

🛒 Listings & Product Support

• Compliance-focused listing creation and optimization
• Product research and competitor analysis
• Supporting new product development (NPD) from a compliance perspective

👥 Process & Team Coordination

• Building and maintaining SOPs and workflows
• Coordinating cross-functional execution
• Supporting structured operations across teams
   

✅ Requirements

Amazon Compliance Experience

• 2+ years in Amazon Seller Central (Account Health / Compliance)
• Experience with ASIN suppressions, reinstatements, and policy enforcement
• Strong experience writing POAs and communicating with Amazon Support

Supplements / Wellness Category

• Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, or sports nutrition
• Strong understanding of Amazon compliance rules (claims, ingredients, labeling, testing)

Documentation Skills

• COA, cGMP, lab testing, FDA-related documentation handling
• Experience resolving compliance documentation issues

Listings & Product Understanding

• Listing optimization and compliance review
• Product research and market analysis

Leadership & Structure

• Experience managing teams (10+ people preferred)
• Strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and attention to detail
   

🌟 Nice to Have

• Amazon US/EU marketplace experience (DE/UK a plus)
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR / DSHEA
• Experience with third-party testing (NSF, Eurofins, USP, ISO 17025)
• Experience with bulk uploads, flat files, and escalation workflows
• Background in fast-growing Amazon/eCommerce brands
• Experience with new product launches
