We are a Performa HR agency, and we're excited to find a top-notch professional for one of our clients. We're currently seeking an experienced Lawyer (iGaming) to join an international legal firm specializing in legal and consulting services for businesses operating in highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage legal tasks from start to finish (A–Z) without constant operational oversight.
• Provide legal support for clients in the iGaming sector, including:
  • Company registration and ongoing corporate support in various jurisdictions.
  • Assistance in obtaining and maintaining licenses.
  • Analysis, preparation, and review of contracts typical for the sector:
    • marketing agreements
    • software development agreements
    • license agreements
• Direct client communication:
  • professional interaction with clients
  • explaining legal risks, legal positions, and solutions in a clear way
  • participation in calls and written communication with international clients in English
• Understanding of:
  • licensing
  • compliance
  • corporate governance
  • contract management
• Independent legal research:
  • legislation
  • regulatory requirements
  • legal practice
• Ability to formulate clear questions to clients / senior colleagues
• Work with:
  • internal documents
  • databases
  • task management systems

• Assist with bank account opening / registration

   

Requirements:

• 1+ year iGaming experience (consulting or in-house)
• 3+ years general legal experience
• Law degree
• Client-facing communication experience

• Strong English (spoken + written)
