Head of Data

We are looking for a Head of Data to lead the data strategy of our fast-growing iGaming startup. Our team combines deep industry expertise and a strong professional network - making us ambitious, highly capable, and ready to scale. Operating across Tier-1 markets and serving millions of users worldwide, we are seeking a visionary leader who will not just analyze data but build a world-class data ecosystem that drives our business forward.

🌐 Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the company’s data strategy, ensuring data is at the heart of every business decision.
• Oversee and optimize the design of our data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, SQL).
• Transform raw data into a strategic roadmap, identifying high-impact challenges and opportunities for the business.
• Lead the development of predictive models and machine learning frameworks to forecast user behavior and LTV.
• Act as a strategic partner to Leadership and Product teams, delivering insights that directly influence product growth and KPIs.

• Build and champion a data-driven culture across the organization, ensuring high data quality and literacy.

   

📊 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data leadership or senior analytics roles, ideally within iGaming or high-load Fintech.
• Master of SQL & Architecture: Deep expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modern data stacks.
• Analytical Powerhouse: Advanced experience with Amplitude and a proven track record of extracting product insights.
• Engineering Mindset: Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and the ability to guide technical implementations.
• Statistical Expertise: Practical experience in building predictive models and applying advanced statistical methods.
• Strategic Communicator: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, business-oriented narratives for stakeholders.

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory); Ukrainian is a plus for seamless team collaboration.
