LLM Engineer(Qwen, Llama)

ZentixSoft is looking for a Mid/Senior AI (LLM) Engineer 🤖🚀
 

At ZentixSoft, we follow the "People over processes" principle. We are expanding our AI/ML direction for our international partners and looking for a hands-on Engineer who knows how to work with Open-Source LLMs, build production-ready RAG systems, and orchestrate intelligent agents from scratch.
 

Note: This is an Outstaffing role where you will be integrated into a long-term project with an innovative global client, enjoying all the benefits, support, and flexibility of the ZentixSoft culture.
 

The Role: You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying LLM-based solutions directly within the client's ecosystem. Your focus will include prompt engineering, setting up vector databases (embeddings), architecture design for RAG systems, and agent orchestration. You will also work on fine-tuning and experimenting with uncensored models.
 

Our Expectations: 
🔹 LLM Expertise: Strong experience with open-source models (Llama, Qwen) and hands-on work with uncensoring/fine-tuning models. 
🔹 AI Architecture: Deep understanding of Embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and intelligent Agent Orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen). 
🔹 Core Tech: Mid-level+ Python proficiency (FastAPI, Asyncio, Pydantic). 
🔹 Infrastructure: Solid *nix OS experience (Linux environment, bash scripting, Docker) for deploying and maintaining models. 
🔹 Prompt Engineering: Advanced skills in systemic prompting, few-shot learning, and guardrails implementation. 
🔹 Communication: English level B2+ for smooth daily collaboration with international stakeholders.
