π’ Product Manager β CRM | Fintech (Trading)
We are looking for a Product Manager (CRM-focused) to join a fast-growing fintech trading company.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with a deep understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle management, engagement, retention, and data-driven decision making. You will help build and scale CRM systems in a high-performance, global environment.
π What youβll do
Lead CRM-focused product initiatives across customer lifecycle and engagement
Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, delivery, and continuous optimization
Design and improve customer journeys (onboarding, retention, reactivation, loyalty)
Translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and product specs
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, BI, Compliance, Design, and Engineering teams
Manage integrations between CRM tools and internal/external systems
Improve segmentation, targeting, personalization, and automation flows
Analyze funnels, user behavior, and campaign performance to drive decisions
Define and track KPIs (retention, conversion, LTV, engagement)
Support A/B testing and continuous experimentation
Optimize communication channels (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging)
π§ What weβre looking for
3+ years of Product Management experience (Digital / SaaS / Fintech)
Experience with CRM / marketing automation / engagement platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and clear specifications
Strong understanding of funnels, retention, and customer behavior
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
β Nice to have
Experience in Trading / Forex / Crypto / Fintech
Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Optimove, etc.
Knowledge of segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies
Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar analytics tools
Experience with Web or Mobile products
Familiarity with AI-driven personalization tools
Understanding of retention, loyalty, and reactivation strategies
