Responsibilities & Scope
In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for iGaming-related positions:
Full-cycle recruitment: from intake briefing with hiring managers to candidate onboarding
Hiring across iGaming functions: marketing, buying, seo, and Head-level
Independent active sourcing (LinkedIn, databases, professional communities)
Conducting screening interviews and assessing candidate fit for the iGaming market
Managing offers, salary expectations, motivation, and cooperation terms
Guiding candidates through all stages of the hiring process
Managing candidates and vacancies in the ATS, tracking statuses and timelines
Ongoing communication with hiring managers and C-level stakeholders
Analyzing the hiring funnel and contributing to recruitment process optimization
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience, with mandatory experience in iGaming / gambling
Strong understanding of the market: roles, salary ranges, competitors, and hiring speed
Experience hiring both technical and non-technical roles
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong communication skills with both candidates and business stakeholders
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Experience working with ATS and recruitment analytics is a plus
