Affiliate Manager: Crypto, Indonesia and CIS Markets

We are Aibitprofit investment platform for algorithmic crypto trading strategies. We are hiring our first Affiliate Manager to own influencer and community partnerships across CIS Russian-speaking and Indonesian markets.

- Active on EN, ES, PT, RU, ID markets
 

The role

You will own affiliate and partnership acquisition across two markets simultaneously: Russian-speaking (CIS, relocants) and Indonesian. Your partners are Telegram channel owners, YouTubers, crypto bloggers, and community leaders who get rev-share on platform revenue from their audience. You build and manage the pipeline end-to-end.

90-day expectations

- 30 to 50 qualified outreach conversations across both markets
- 5+ signed partners with depositing investors from their audience
- $10,000+ aggregated deposit attributed to your partnerships
- Documented onboarding playbook v1, reusable across markets

6 to 12 month expectations

- 30+ active partners across RU and ID
- Significant aggregated deposit volume, specific targets aligned with you after onboarding
- 3+ tier-1 partners with 10K+ subscriber channels
 

What you will actually do

- Identify and qualify partner candidates via TGStat, Telemetr, manual research, ID-specific platforms
- Outreach via Telegram, X, email, no cold-calling
- Negotiate rev-share terms (typical range 20 to 40 percent to partner; you have authority within bounds)
- Onboard partners onto our affiliate dashboard, validate tracking
- Manage active partners: performance reviews, troubleshoot drop-offs, scale winners
- Weekly reporting on pipeline, deals, partner ROI
- Feed insights back to product
 

Must-have

- 3+ years in Affiliate, Partnership, or BizDev roles
- Hands-on experience with rev-share models (crypto, iGaming, fintech affiliates)
- Native or fluent Russian
- English Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2 or C1), used daily for ID partner outreach and internal communication
- Working knowledge of attribution: UTM, postbacks, conversion tracking
- Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, ARPU
- Telegram-native: you live in Telegram and know how the ecosystem works
- Self-starter mindset: you do not need a daily check-in

Nice-to-have (will move you up the queue)

- Bahasa Indonesia at any working level significant plus.
- Experience working with Asian crypto markets (ID, PH, VN, TH)
- Existing relationships with crypto Telegram channels (with names you can mention)
- Affiliate team experience at Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, MEXC
- iGaming affiliate background
- Your own public crypto or finance presence (Telegram channel, X account, YouTube)
- Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, or comparable CRM

Compensation (transparent, no theatre)
 

Probation (first 3 months):
- Base: $1,200 per month
- Commission: 15 percent of platform revenue from your partners, paid monthly in USDT
- No commission cap
 

After probation:
- Base: $2,000 per month
- Commission: 10 percent of platform revenue for 12 months per partner, paid monthly in USDT
- No commission cap in year one
 

Realistic on-target earnings (OTE):
- Month 3: $2,800 to $3,500
- Month 6: $5,000 to $6,500
- Month 12: $7,500 to $10,000
 

Performance gate (we believe in saying it out loud)

To pass probation, you need:
- 5+ active partners with depositing investors
- $10,000+ aggregated deposit through your partnerships

If you do not hit it: we part ways cleanly, no drama. If you do: full base kicks in and you keep your commission stack.

Working setup

- Fully remote, from any country
- Flexible hours, with reasonable overlap across CET and SE Asia timezones
- We provide: CRM access, affiliate platform access, monthly budget for partner outreach experiments
