UBT Specialist

We are looking for a UBT Specialist who will be responsible for creating, testing, and scaling organic traffic through social media platforms.

We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of content, trends, and viral formats, who can quickly generate ideas, turn them into engaging videos, and validate hypotheses through hands-on testing.

What you'll do

• Research and generate viral ideas and content “hooks”
• Write scripts for short-form videos (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
• Create and prepare accounts for publishing content
• Publish and test different content formats
• Analyze performance metrics: views, CTR, conversions
• Identify winning content angles and scale successful formats
• Coordinate with video editors and assign editing tasks
• Ensure content quality and performance standards
• Prepare basic performance reports
• Occasionally edit videos independently when needed

What we're looking for

• Experience in UBT, organic traffic, affiliate marketing, or content production
• Strong understanding of how TikTok / Reels / Shorts algorithms work and how content goes viral
• Ability to generate and test ideas quickly and at scale
• Strong skills in writing short, engaging video scripts
• Basic understanding of analytics (what works and why)
• Independence and initiative in day-to-day work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-testing environment

What would be a plus

• Experience in video editing
• Ability to identify trends and adapt content accordingly
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Understanding of virality principles and audience retention
