Video Creator / Video Editor (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)

Red Rocket Software is looking for a creative and trend-driven Video Creator / Video Editor to help us build engaging content for our company’s social media and CEO personal brand.

We’re searching for someone who:
— understands TikTok / Reels / Shorts trends
— can create dynamic and attention-grabbing videos
— is interested in AI-powered content creation
— knows how to hook viewers within the first seconds

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for:
  • TikTok
  • Instagram Reels
  • YouTube Shorts
• Create content for an IT company and CEO personal brand
• Research trends, references, and viral formats
• Generate AI-based video content and experiment with prompts
• Work with captions, subtitles, hooks, and storytelling
• Collaborate on content planning
• Publish and adapt content across different platforms

• Repurpose videos for multiple social media channels

   

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Video Editor / Content Creator
• Strong skills in CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts algorithms and trends
• Ability to work independently and fast-paced
• Good sense of editing rhythm, storytelling, and visual dynamics

• Basic experience with AI tools is a strong plus:

  • Runway
  • Kling AI
  • OpusClip
  • HeyGen
  • Claude / ChatGPT

   

Nice to have:

• Experience creating content for IT, startups, or personal brands
• Understanding of English-speaking content trends
• Motion design skills
• Experience managing content for multiple social platforms
