We are looking for a strong VIP Sales Performance Manager to join our VIP department and help drive sales performance, communication quality, service standards, and overall team effectiveness.
 

This role is ideal for someone who can not only monitor performance but also identify growth opportunities, improve sales processes, develop team capabilities, and directly influence business results. We are looking for a professional who can build effective performance management systems and help the team consistently achieve and exceed targets.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze individual and team sales performance
• Identify performance gaps and create action plans for improvement
• Develop and implement performance management processes and KPIs
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Work closely with VIP Managers to improve sales and retention results
• Analyze sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics
• Develop best practices, guidelines, and performance standards
• Provide regular feedback and support employee development
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on performance data
• Collaborate with department leadership to drive business growth
 

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Performance Management, Team Leadership, Sales Coaching, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics
• Experience building and improving performance management systems
• Understanding of sales, retention, and customer lifecycle management
• Experience working with client-facing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
• Fluent Russian is mandatory
• Experience in iGaming, VIP, Retention, CRM, or Luxury Services will be a plus
